Privacy, Data Security & Compliance

Built for confidential real-time communication, powered by our own global connection network.

NexiaTalk routes sessions through its own worldwide infrastructure. The encrypted stream travels directly between you and your client, ensuring stability, confidentiality, and compliance.

End-to-End Encryption Explained

NexiaTalk uses end-to-end encryption, meaning video and audio are encrypted directly on each participant’s device before being transmitted.

When a direct peer-to-peer connection is possible, the encrypted stream flows straight between both sides without passing through any server.

If a network restriction requires relaying, our TURN servers forward the encrypted data without ever being able to decrypt or access it.

Because only the two devices hold the encryption keys, no provider — including us — can see or listen to the session.

No content logging — anywhere

NexiaTalk does not record or store audio, video, text, or screen data. Our application layer creates no conversation logs or transcripts, and our relay servers run without session-level logging. When a session ends, no communication data remains on our infrastructure.

Our “Save transcript” feature operates entirely within the browser. Transcripts are generated and stored locally on your device only — never on our servers.

DSGVO & European Privacy Compliance

NexiaTalk is built on the principle of data minimization. We collect and process only the information strictly required to establish and maintain a secure communication session between two participants. No communication content is stored, analyzed, or disclosed, and no user profiles or behavioral datasets are created.

This processing framework adheres to the core principles of the DSGVO/GDPR — including purpose limitation, data minimization, integrity and confidentiality, and storage limitation — ensuring that personal data is handled exclusively within the scope necessary for providing the service and never beyond its lawful purpose.
